(Fabriano, 31 January 1929 – Trevi, 31 March 2008)
He attended the Art Institute of Urbino and in 1953 he moved to Rome.
He took part to the Rome Quadriennale starting from the 1955 exhibition.
He exhibited in Fabriano at the Quattrocentesco Cloister and in Rome at the "Appia Antica" Gallery.
In 1958 he created the "Primocementoarmato", a raw cement tablet reinforced with mesh and irons, and continued the experimentation with this material the following year.
In 1962 he founded the Gruppo Uno with Gastone Biggi, Nicola Carrino, Nato Frascà, Achille Pace and Pasquale Santoro for the enhancement of the social role in art.
He started the series of "ferrocementi" and that of the "structure espazio".
